Were seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our brand new Primary Care team in Allendale, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Opportunity Details
- Brand-new Primary Care office for the organization with a October 2026 targeted grand opening!
- Full-spectrum primary care: APP will manage your own patient panel, providing diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care across all age groups.
- Modern, supportive facility: The new office will also feature on-site Urgent Care and X-Ray services.
- Collaborative team structure: The practice will be staffed with four providerstwo physicians and two APPsworking together in a highly supportive environment.
- Balanced schedule: Enjoy 36 hours of direct patient care and 4 hours of protected administrative time, spread over 4 to 4.5 days per week.
- Flexibility: The office will operate Monday-Friday, with opportunities to build a schedule that supports work-life balance.

Requirements
- Relevant clinical experience required
- APPs: Board certified in specialty prior to employment
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
