St. Peters Health Partners is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Valve Clinic team with St. Peters Cardiac Surgery located at 319 S. Manning Blvd on the campus of St. Peters Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialized program focused on advanced cardiac care and structural heart interventions. A valve clinic is not just an office visit, its a program that brings together expert clinicians and state-of-the-art technology to provide specialized care for valve patients, ensuring early detection, timely intervention, and optimized long-term outcomes.
Position Overview:
As a Nurse Practitioner in the Valve Clinic, you will play a critical role in the evaluation, coordination, and management of patients undergoing transcatheter and surgical valve procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Monday- Friday days position
- No evenings, no weekends, no call
- Conducting pre- and post-procedure assessments
- Support 4 - hospital employed Cardiac Surgeons
- Collaborating with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and multidisciplinary team members
- Providing patient education and ensuring continuity of care throughout the treatment process
Requirements:
- New York State licensure
- DEA certification
- Board Certification
- ACLS/BLS certification
- Preferred: 2-3 years of experience as NP/PA in cardiology or cardiac surgery
Recruitment Package:
- Competitive salary: $130,891-$150,933
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
