 St. Josephs Health is seeking a licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience in Neonatology to join our dedicated team in Syracuse, NY. This opportunity offers a consistent 36-hour workweek in a level III NICU - 14 bed unit, providing a balanced schedule with a mix of day and night rotations. Opportunity Highlights:

• Provide direct care including history and physical exams, daily rounds, ordering medications and labs, discharge planning, and patient/family education.
• Schedule includes a mix of day and night rotations.
• Perform the following procedures:
• Intubations
• Chest Tubes
• Umbilical line placements
• Vent Management

Requirements:

• Current NYS license
• Neonatology experience
• Graduate of accredited NP or PA program
• Board certification or active pursuit within one year

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:

• Base Salary: $140,000-$160,000
  • $5,000 Starting Bonus
  • $5,000 Retention Bonus
  • $5,000 Relocation allowance
• Additional compensation may include productivity bonuses, quality incentives, and extra shift pay
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
