St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Upper Extremity Surgeon with a strong focus on Shoulder & Elbow to join our growing, hospital employed orthopedic group. Position Details

• Full-time Orthopedic Surgeon specializing exclusively in Upper Extremity
  (shoulder & elbow reconstruction, arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, instability, and elbow procedures)
• Surgeries performed at:
• St. Peters Hospital - Albany, NY
• Samaritan Hospital - Troy, NY
• Access to a high-performing ambulatory surgery center
• Upper-extremity-only practice
• No general orthopedics or trauma call required (modify if needed)
• Dedicated weekly OR block time
• Strong support from experienced Orthopedic APP teams (clinic + surgical assist)
• State-of-the-art technology including advanced arthroscopy systems and high-quality imaging
• Strong referral pipeline through an extensive primary care and specialty network
• Collaborative, physician-friendly environment with on-site PT/OT

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Shoulder & Elbow or Upper Extremity Fellowship
• Interest in building a high-volume, specialty-focused practice

Recruitment package:

St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

• 5 Year Guarantee $725,000 - $800,000 for experienced surgeons.
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
• Starting Bonus of $25,000
• Relocation Assistance up to $25,000
