Ro Health seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support clinicians across school, healthcare, and community settings. In this mission-driven role, you’ll provide clinical oversight, ensure safe and compliant care, review documentation, and guide staff on best practices. You’ll collaborate with partners, manage performance, and support training and onboarding. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical judgment, supervisory experience, and a passion for improving patient outcomes in a fast-growing, relationship-focused organization.
Provide clinical supervision and support to nurses and other healthcare professionals across assigned settings
Ensure high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care in accordance with regulations and Ro Health standards
Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of clinical staff
Collaborate with schools, healthcare facilities, and community partners to address clinical needs and concerns
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and participate in performance improvement efforts
Serve as a clinical resource for staff, clients, and internal teams
Assist with incident review, risk management, and adherence to policies and procedures
