Saint Joseph Medical Group, a member of Saint Joseph Health System and Trinity Health, is seeking two Board Certified or Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeons to lead the development and growth of our orthopedic program in Mishawaka, Indiana, just minutes from the University of Notre Dame.

This is a unique opportunity to establish and shape a thriving orthopedic practice while collaborating closely with our highly respected and established Sports Medicine Institute. Position Highlights

• Strong built-in referral base from an extensive network of primary care and specialty providers throughout the region
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient orthopedic care with the ability to develop areas of clinical interest

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries
• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures in accordance with training and privileges
• Provide inpatient consultations and perioperative management
• Maintain active ambulatory clinic practice
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, therapists, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in shared call coverage
• Support quality initiatives, patient safety programs, and evidence-based practice standards

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
• Strong commitment to quality, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
