Description
Presence, a digital marketing and web development agency, is seeking a Healthcare & Medical Services Specialist to support our healthcare and medical industry clients. In this remote North Carolina role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help providers and organizations strengthen their online presence through data-informed digital strategies. You’ll translate healthcare and medical services needs into actionable digital solutions, support content and campaigns, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Join a collaborative, client-focused, growth-oriented culture where creativity, accountability, and continuous learning are highly valued.Partner with hospitals, clinics, and medical practices in North Carolina to understand clinical and operational workflows and communication needs.
Configure and optimize Presence’s communication and productivity software for healthcare and medical service use cases.
Lead virtual discovery sessions, platform demos, and remote training sessions for clinicians, administrators, and staff.
Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of healthcare clients, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and translate customer feedback into product enhancements.
Develop and maintain documentation, workflow guides, and best‑practice playbooks tailored to healthcare environments.
Monitor customer usage and key performance indicators to ensure clients realize measurable value and efficiency gains.
Stay current on healthcare regulations, data privacy (including HIPAA), and industry trends in healthcare communication and digital health.
