Bethesda Health is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Practical Nurse to provide hands-on care for seniors across our continuum of services. In this role, you will deliver person-centered nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring residents’ conditions. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support residents with daily activities, and communicate closely with families. Provide direct nursing care to senior residents, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring vital signs
Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal hygiene while promoting dignity and independence
Document assessments, care provided, and resident responses in accordance with regulatory and Bethesda Health standards
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and caregivers to implement individualized care plans
Respond to changes in resident condition, report concerns promptly, and participate in care conferences
Educate residents and families on health conditions, care plans, and safe care practices
Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards in all care areas
Support new staff with guidance on clinical procedures and person-centered care practices
Uphold mission-driven, faith-based values in interactions with residents, families, and colleagues
Participate in ongoing training, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives
