Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Healthcare Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care in the home setting. This leadership role is responsible for supervising clinical staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision to nursing and caregiving staff
  
  
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
  
  
• Review and oversee plans of care and clinical documentation
  
  
• Conduct staff training, evaluations, and performance reviews

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (required)
  
  
• Home healthcare experience (preferred)
  
  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
  
  
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and regulatory standards
