Work Environment
This position offers a unique remote work setting, allowing you to contribute to our mission from the comfort of your own home. While you will primarily work remotely, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues at our outpatient office in Colchester for meetings and training. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop personalized care plans, accounting for each individual's specific mental health challenges.
- Facilitate weekly therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique dynamics of individuals, couples, and families.
- Maintain detailed client records, ensuring compliance with all confidentiality and ethical standards, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your work will involve engaging with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By establishing trust and rapport, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys while employing culturally sensitive approaches to accommodate varying backgrounds and experiences.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
- An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont is required.
- Proven ability to establish rapport and work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Extensive knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills alongside strong organizational abilities to manage client caseloads efficiently.
Preferred Experience
- A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.
- Familiarity with electronic healthcare systems and record-keeping, preferably with experience in EHR software.
- Experience working in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and effective time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
