The H.O.P.E Healthcare Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary clinician, conducting assessments and delivering in-depth psychological services to clients in the community and virtually.
• Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to achieve shared objectives, contributing effectively to client care and support initiatives.
• Engage with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, fostering therapeutic relationships grounded in respect and understanding.
• Uphold the ethical standards outlined by professional guidelines and H.O.P.E Clinic's values, ensuring integrity in all client interactions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct screenings, identify client needs, and develop integrated care plans that connect clients with necessary services.
• Provide individualized and group therapy, crisis intervention, and recovery support, focusing on clients' expressed needs and therapeutic goals.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring timely completion of all essential reports and data submissions.
• Participate in additional committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement within the clinic.
• Be available for on-call duties and emergency situations as assigned, providing timely and effective crisis interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with clients facing significant challenges associated with mental health disorders. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other serious emotional conditions. You will employ client-centered approaches that empower individuals to take an active role in their treatment and recovery, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory, along with active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is preferred, demonstrating competency in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for maintaining client rapport and effective documentation.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices in mental health.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse client base.
• Previous experience working with adolescents in a school setting is a plus, given the clinic's connection with educational institutions.
