Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive mental health counseling to clients through a telehealth platform, ensuring the use of evidence-based practices.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records, while adhering to compliance standards set by the State Board and our organization.
- Utilize ongoing treatment evaluations to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy approaches as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care plans that support both mental and physical health.
- Engage in single-session therapy and extended outpatient therapy using brief yet effective care models.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your role as a Mental Health Counselor will focus primarily on adults experiencing a variety of challenges, including mental health disorders, substance use issues, and chronic conditions. By utilizing a client-centered approach that emphasizes health behavior change, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward improved overall well-being. Our clients often seek support during pivotal moments, and your empathetic communication style will be key to building trust and rapport as you assist them through their journeys.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
- Current licensure from a State Board to practice therapy independently (such as LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of ethical principles and legal requirements surrounding mental health practices.
- Proficiency in telehealth technology and a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize a diverse range of responsibilities.
- Cultural competence and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential in your interactions and care approaches.
Preferred Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, our benefits include:
