Description
Holy Cross Medical Group has an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Pain Management Physician to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This position is part of a multidisciplinary Spine & Pain program, offering a highly collaborative environment alongside Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health. The selected candidate will be based out of the Orthopedic Center in Fort Lauderdale.
We are seeking a physician who is passionate about delivering comprehensive, patient-centered pain care while helping to shape and expand a high-performing Spine & Pain program.
Candidate Requirements & Experience
- Fellowship-trained in Pain Management, including medication management
- 5+ years of independent practice experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in building or maintaining a procedural pain practice
- Balanced clinic + procedural schedule with focus on access, productivity, and throughput
- Opportunity to help grow and shape the program, with potential leadership involvement
- The ideal candidate will bring expertise in a broad and advanced procedural portfolio, including:
- Epidural injections
- Radiofrequency ablations
- Joint injections
- Spinal cord stimulation (trials and implants)
- Neuromodulation techniques
- Peripheral nerve stimulation
- Intrathecal pump management
- Advanced spine interventions
Practice Model & Expectations
- Balanced schedule including clinic and procedural time
- Participation in a high-efficiency, access-driven care model
- Focus on productivity, patient access, and throughput optimization
- Active collaboration within a team-based care model, including working closely with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Participation in a triage and access model to ensure timely patient care
