At White Light Health Services, we provide compassionate in-home care to medically fragile children. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team. You’ll provide one-on-one nursing care in a home setting, ensuring our young patients receive the best care possible. This role involves delivering specialized care without the need for travel between multiple homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medically fragile pediatric patients
• Manage and administer medications accurately
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct in-home visits and assessments

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in pediatric care
• Background in home health nursing
