Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time (1.0 FTE) Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician to join our established Regional MFM team in Southeast Michigan, serving Oakland County.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a broad and complex case mix, supported by a strong and consistent referral network across IHA OBGYN. You will join a well-established team of five MFM physicians and advanced practice providers, practicing in a collaborative environment with experienced sonographers and dedicated clinical staff.
Our model is designed to support both high-quality care and sustainable practice, with shared call, strong operational support, and the ability to focus on advanced maternal and fetal medicine in a growing regional program.
Position Highlights
- Provide specialized Maternal Fetal Medicine care, managing high-risk pregnancies and complex fetal conditions
- Serve as a key partner to referring obstetric providers across IHA OBGYN
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OB/GYN physicians, neonatologists, and pediatric subspecialists
- Practice across a regional footprint with primary coverage in Ann Arbor, Livonia, and Oakland County
- Join an established team of 5 MFM physicians as well as advanced practice providers, supported by experienced sonographers and dedicated clinical staff
- Participate in teaching opportunities with learners and residents as applicable
- Receive strong operational support, including Registered Nurses, sonographer, and additional clinic resources

Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates
- Michigan medical license required prior to employment
- DEA license
- ACLS and BLS certification required
