Were seeking a passionate and driven Part-Time Physician to join our Pediatric Hospital Medicine team located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
As a valued member of our team, you will serve as a Pediatric Hospitalist providing comprehensive inpatient medical care to hospitalized children, including newborn care and delivery attendance. You will collaborate closely with the Emergency Department, as well as a multidisciplinary care teamincluding nursing staff, case management, social work, and allied health professionalsto ensure high-quality, family-centered care across the continuum of pediatric hospital medicine.

- Position Type:Part time (0.60)
- Schedule: Mix of 7- and 13.5-hour day and night shifts. Templated schedule allows for flexibility and advanced planning for work life balance.

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- PALS/NRP certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care
- Delivery Attendance
- Perform circumcisions; training will be provided for candidates who are not certified.
- ED Pediatric consults
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
