Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic screenings of clients' mental health concerns, developing individualized treatment and intervention plans based on these evaluations.
- Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both individual and group, incorporating evidence-based practices that resonate with clients' unique experiences, backgrounds, and needs.
- Regularly meet and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to discuss client progress, share insights, and adjust treatment strategies to ensure clients receive holistic support.
- Educate and empower clients' families by providing resources and training to enhance their understanding and capability to support their loved ones' recovery journeys.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and current.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- A valid and current license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.

- Familiarity with various evidence-based practices specific to different mental health conditions.
