Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking an dynamic and visionary OB/GYN Residency Program Director to lead our established residency program at Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician leader who is passionate about medical education, resident mentorship, and advancing excellence in women's health. The Program Director will provide strategic leadership for the residency program while maintaining a flexible and rewarding clinical practice that may include obstetrics, gynecology, surgery, and outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of the OB/GYN Residency Program

Ensure compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements

Develop and enhance resident education, recruitment, evaluation, and mentorship

Foster faculty engagement, professional development, and scholarly activity

Advance a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, resident well-being, and continuous improvement

Support research, innovation, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG or equivalent)

Eligible for medical licensure in Michigan

Minimum three years of leadership, educational, or administrative experience consistent with ACGME requirements

Active clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Demonstrated commitment to graduate medical education and resident development

Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
