Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a fun, loving, caring and organized person to help assist the doctors in scheduling, patient care, and welcoming people into our practice.
The ideal candidate is someone who is joyful in both voice and appearance, an exceptional listener, dependable, responsible and detail-oriented. Computer skills (including typing skills) are non-negotiable and you must be able to work on a iOS(Mac) system. Ideal applicants are fluid multitaskers, very detailed, and work well with a small group of people.
This position requires someone who is physically able to thrive in a fast-paced, family oriented practice and enjoys learning about and eventually teaching keys to good health. Most importantly, this person takes initiative, follows through on every detail, finishes what they start and is willing to help where needed. This person should be someone who leaves a positive, lasting impression with every interaction.
Tasks will include: typing notes, interacting with people, taking payments, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with patient care, following up on doctor tasks, helping keep patient files organized and anything associated with those tasks and other receptionist-type duties.

The schedule is:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7AM-12:15 and 1PM-5:30PM
Tuesday 7AM-2PM
Additional trainings(some local/some travel)1-2 per quarter on personal and professional growth.
